On Saturday February 15, 2003 Virginia Voices in
Action had it's first monthly meeting where Norma Draper, the
organizer of VIA, and Lisa Wood welcomed our first guests and
speakers. There were 20 present including guests with disabilities. We
discussed our goals, functions and plans for the future of VIA.

Lisa Wood helped Norma Draper coordinate the first
VIA meeting. Lisa is a tremendous help to our support group and has
the genuine desire to continue implementing many of our ideas and plans
for the future to help make our support group successful. Thank you,
Lisa, for you enthusiasm and devotion to VIA and your efforts to
